STOCK ITEMS
Due to the time involved in the production process, we will only producing limited amount of bags on a monthly basses. Each style is made in a limited amount depending on the amount of material we have in stock. If we do not have a particular bag in stock, you can contact us to make a special order. Our online prices reflect local prices and do not include international shipping fees.

SPECIAL ORDERS
We are not always able to upload new items on our site. In regards to individual orders, if you have something in mind, we are able to make bags based on your personal design request. Depending on the size and amount of your order, delivery may take 7-30 days.

SHIPPING
Packages are shipped via UPS, FedEx and USPS (the post office) to the continental United States. Packages usually arrive with in 5-7 business days and are insured against lost of damage at no additional cost. International shipping fees are non-refundable. All the custom and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer; you may be subject to import duty and taxes which are levied once the package reached your country. We have no control over custom duties and import fees and can not predict them. At times custom policies may also cause the delay of your package arriving.

RETURNS
We guarantee to deliver good quality products. The product quality is checked before it is sent to you. Once your product arrives, we will require you to sign a receipt showing you have inspected the merchandise in its current condition on its arrival. Once you have signed for the goods, funds are non refundable. All packages sent have a delivery confirmation number; this is proof of our delivery. If the carrier has proof of delivery, yet you say you did not receive the product, you must file a claim directly with the career using the delivery confirmation number will give you. However, if the product is lost and the carrier can not give us a confirmation of delivery, we will send you a replacement of your order at not cost to you. If your refuse to receive (sign) for the package because it is damaged in a way not related to shipping, we will arrange for a replacement of your package and cover re-shipping charges.

CONDITIONS
You must allow enough time for the carrier to deliver your package. In the case of the USPS, it can take up to 20 business days to deliver your package. Please wait the required amount of time before notifying us of an undelivered package. You must notify us by email if our package has not arrived after the required delivery time, or if you received damaged goods.
